Monthly fitness events 

Once a month, Simple Fitness holds fun, fitness events to get people outside the gym, socializing and having fun! Events include Taco Bike crawls, travel workouts and smoothies, smoothie walks, adult field days, local hikes, day trips and so much more!! Shhhhh....A weekend retreat may be in the works as well!
