Small group training creates accountability with like-minded and positive individuals. Unlike other group fitness classes, these workouts are designed with your goals in mind. $160 Package- 4 sessions

$300 package- 8 sessions

Classes are held:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 7am


Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm

Classes resume Monday, November 1st
