Spend a VIP 3 hour day together doing a deep dive on your nutrition, daily habits and routines to create an exact blueprint for success. Get a 10 week customized strength program, improve hormonal imbalances, and build a simple and sustainable plan that will guarantee you success!

Semi Private Training
Complete your own personalized workout program while training alongside 2-4 other friends. Semi-private training is personal training, but allows you to enjoy meeting new friends, get 1-1 attention and enjoy other exclusive perks like weekly accountability meetings and additional workouts.

9- Week Transformation Program
My 9-week programs are an unbeatable bang for your buck and no, they are not group fitness classes. My programs are designed to help people lose body fat, build lean muscle, improve energy and confidence! There are only 15 spots available in my programs to ensure everyone gets 1-1 attention from me but big enough to get that fun, group feel!

VIP Experience
The VIP experience is for the client that wants to completely change their life. My VIP client experience is a luxury experience for the person who is ready to go all in on their health journey. During our 3-hour VIP day, we will complete a deep dive into your routine and customize a strength and nutrition plan to get you the quickest and most sustainable results.

In those 3 hours, we will:
-Get crystal clear on your vision, body composition goals and create your personal blueprint for success
-Take a deep dive into your nutrition habits, sleep, stress levels and create a plan to boost your metabolism, restore hormonal imbalances, improve daily habits and build a healthier mindset around food
-Learn how to track macros and get customized macros
-Create a 5-minute action plan and strategies to build discipline and long term success with simple, sustainable skills
-Create a customized 10-week exercise program for you

60-minute follow up session included in VIP Experience to assess progress, fine-tune any areas and to stay accountable.

Semi-Private Personal Training
Each 60 minute training session is completely customized to each client's personal goals. Personal training clients will complete their own workout alongside 1-3 other personal training clients. Think more accountability and more fun! At Simple Fitness, we love making new friends! Only 4 clients allowed per time slot in order to allow enough personal attention to each client.
Every personal training client also receives monthly 1-1 nutrition coaching, personalized macros, 30 minute check ins, my metabolism boosting guide and additional customized workouts.

Workouts are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:00-10:00am and 10:30am-11:30am. Monday and Wednesdays 5pm-6pm.

9-week Transformation Programs
My 9-week Transformation Programs are designed for the individuals who are ready to change their lives. My programs are designed to transform your body through strength training, nutrition coaching and mindset work. You will lower your percent body fat, build sexy lean muscle and establish a healthier relationship with food. My programs are limited to 15 people in order to have 1-1 coaching with me along with having a supportive team. You will learn simple and sustainable habits that will transform your life. My programs promote balance and moderation. Plus, you will meet and connect with the most positive, relatable people who make the program unlike any other. Apply to become a healthier, happier and more confident version of yourself. ​

Don't want to leave Simple Fitness after graduating from the 9-week Transformation Program? You don't have too! Once you complete my 9-week Transformation Program, you are eligible to move to Continuation. Continuation is a monthly membership that includes unlimited workouts for the month, nutrition coaching and all the other perks you had in the 9-week program to continue your progress! ​
